I have only been taking the supplements for a few days but I immediately noticed a difference, sometimes when I get into bad binging habits it is very hard to stop and i’ve been over eating since the holidays so not only had my appetite grown..my stomach did too. I was having crazy craving for sweets as well and they have basically gone away and these pills allow you to still enjoy your meal but you get full quite quick and stay full much longer. For example a week ago I could have eaten a foot long sub and then had been reaching for a snack an hour later, yesterday got subway and could hardly finish the 6 inch and today I could only eat about half of the other 6 inches, they really are great I recommend them to anyone struggling to control their eating habits and wanting to loose some extra fat.

I couldn’t think, couldn’t focus, I’d doomscroll on my phone to distract myself from the racing, scattered thoughts in my head 24/7. A year and an half ago I started taking these but then got pregnant. I’ve just started them up again. My friends, I normally have zero energy or motivation to do anything. I never know where to start. I panic. The mess in my house gets worse and worse as I sink further and further into an uncontrollable anxiety/depression. I’m bipolar but of course exhibit so many signs of so many other issues that I don’t even bother trying to figure it out anymore. These supplements have changed my life. I’m now 2 weeks in to religiously taking 2 daily and I can’t believe what it does for me. I think of a task that needs done, and I do it. The baby is napping? I can’t nap, so I might as well accomplish something. I’m cooking dinner early for my older kids and having it ready for them instead of scrambling last minute. I’m up and packing lunches every morning. Grocery lists are made and actually used. Laundry is getting washed, hung, and put away the same day, which is a damn miracle. When I was working last year, it provided mental clarity and energy to do my job efficiently. It’s 9:30am, and I’ve already done dishes, swept, and mopped. I owe all of this to this miracle supplement and I hope it never, ever gets discontinued. Life changing.

I'm currently going to a provider board certified in obesity medicine. She recommended I take this supplement along with my treatment plan. I've been on it for about a month now. We'll be running labs soon again and that's when we'll really know if it's made a difference. I take two in the morning. *** Edit/update *** I've been on these consistently since my provider recommended them, and my labwork came back. My A1C is now in the normal range. We are no longer discussing medication. I contribute it to this and my weightloss.
